Can any one help me in sending Bulk SMS from My Q2438J CDMA Model. I didn’t got any help in this regards

You can’t send “bulk” SMS - you can only send 1 SMS at a time.
This is just one reason why a Q2438J - or any other GSM device, for that matter - is almost certainly the wrong solution for bulk SMS!
If you require bulk SMS, then you should be looking at a proper bulk SMS service provider!
