SAFE_PWR_REMOVE pin 152 is not toggling on AT!SHUTDOWN is there some thing that need to be configured ?
And is there a specific hardware requirement for the pin ?
I have tried it on our custom board where the signal is going through a level translator
and the Mangoh yellow board where it is just connected to a test point.
both with non customized FW just straight from Sierra ?

BTW, how about VGPIO pin? Does it go to low state?
Yes the AT command,
The pin seems to be floating while the module is running but never goes high after the command is issued but maybe it goes low for a little haven’t checked if that is the same time as VGPIO goes low
It seems like the system is shutdown fast 5-6 seconds. but the PMIC keeps the pins on for ~25 seconds?
maybe you can check VGPIO can see if it goes to low first
If both pins go low, then you can remove power according to the power down sequence in specification
