RV55 Radio Firmware update failed

Everytime I try to radio Firmware update it fails. I always grab the most up to date version but I always get the same error. What do I need to do?

  • What radio module firmware is your RV55 currently running? And what radio module firmware do you want to update to?
  • What error message did you receive when the update failed? Please provide more information and screenshots of the error message.
  • Did you update both ALEOS Software and Radio Module Firmware, or only the Radio Module Firmware? If you only updated the RM firmware, did you follow the instructions in the Software Configuration User Guide for AirLink RV55 on page 422?
