Registering the device with Airvantage

Hi

I have registered the device in AVMS server by giving all the details(SN, IMEI).
while trying to communicate the device(HL7692) with AVMS by AT commands mentioned below, i am getting CME error :650 which is General AVMS error.

i have specified the APN but still facing the same problem.

root@module:/ # modem /dev/ttyACM0 115200 AT+WDSC=3,0
OK

root@module:/ # modem /dev/ttyACM0 115200 AT+WDSS=1,1
+CME ERROR: 650

i am not quite sure what is causing this issue. please help to resolve this issue.

I know this is a rather old post but did you ever figure this out? Receiving the same error here.
