Register FX30 on airVantage

We have sent some units to an end user and forgot to record the IMEI but only the Serial Number, is there any way to register a device on airVantage without the correct IMEI? As I am testing this and it seems it doesn`t work if the IMEI is empty or incorrect.

Is there any way to get the IMEI afterwards? by knowing the Serial Number of the device?
Our production guys have sent the units and recorded only the serial numbers.

IMEI is labeled under the device. Or you can query by sending AT command “AT+CGSN” to the device via USB or RS232 cable. You cannot get the IMEI if you have the serial number only.
