We are Finalizing the layout of a PCB with an RC7611 with no socket. The RC7611 Product Technical Specification section 5.7.3 suggests slightly reducing the width of the RF track as it passes under the module. It also suggests a copper keep out under the pin. Figure 5-5 shows some dimensions (H5 for eg,) which could be useful to calculate the impedance but does not define them. Is H5 the distance to a ground inside the module? What is a good value for H4+H5 to use for calculation. Alternatively, is there a reference layout for a non socketed part (including layer thicknesses)?
