I have several devices using the Mangoh Yellow that send data to the Octave platform.
Since December 21, two of these devices have stopped working properly at almost the same time.
They have the same configurations, but they are not at all located in the same places (not the same country, and they are not accessible), and no outside intervention has been carried out on them.
Communications are no longer arriving at fixed times, and there are many missing.
Could there have been a server problem, a remote update of the MangoH or an update of the platform that could cause such a problem (on December 21)?
Also, is it possible to trigger a remote reboot of the MangoH board via the Octave platform?
