i want to know size of file system memory in Q2698 GSM wireless modem how can i write the data into file system memory and what are the AT commands related to that.

The file system is intended to be used with Open AT application. But there are an example application that is used to create AT commands that can be used with the File system. If you would like to test you should install developer studio:
developer.sierrawireless.com/en/ … ework.aspx
With developer studio you can also easily change the size of the filesystem.
