Q2501B reset after SIM Initialisation

Hi All
Please can any one tell me, whare is the problem (i’ve searched in the forum for the same subject, and i’ve not found).

So the problem that the module Q2501B (even without an embedded Application) reset after SIM Initialisation (After a few minutes of AT+CPIN=XXXX).

Hi Malek,

Is it just happening with one module and others work fine? Have you tried to re-flash the core firmware? What core firmware / OpenAT version are you using?

it happen just whith one module, and i’ve re-flashed the core firmeware v6.51a.
