Q2501B Message "BAD SOFTWARE"

Good day.
I have a problem with module Q2501B.
After the power supply module issues a message BAD SOFTWARE.
GPRS LED flashes constantly.
AT commands are not accepted.
I think that the problem in the firmware.

How can I correct the situation?
Where can I get a working firmware for the module?

yes you can try downloading FW in this case… You can seek help from your distributor in this case.
