Hello,

What memory type should I use for fastrack supreme? (256KB or 1MB+)
When I select 1MB+ even the Hello World example doesn’t work.
There is no problem with 256KB

I use OPET AT v.4.25 and uploaded firmware 663c00 to my module…

I think you should be using 256 KB and not 1 MB+.
