how to get cpu type

Hi ,

i dont know my module’s cpu type. I only know that it is fastract supreme 20, open at 663g firmware. Where can i know its cpu type (Q26,Q24…) and memory type? Is there an AT command that retrives the information?

I think it’s a Q26 series. If you open the Fastrack you can see which CPU you have. Probably you have a Q2687.
