You can download a program via USB in the same way you download it using UARTS.

Provided you have a suitably recent Firmware version!

But before using the USB you will have to activate the USB feature

Recent Firmware versions have USB enabled by deault.

But note that R7.4 opens the USB port automatically - this is a change from earlier firmware.
