After registering and logging in, any attempts to go to pages on source.sierrawireless.com gets redirected to Sierra Wireless Source. When submitting any choice, HTTP 500 is reported when submitting to https://www.sierrawireless.com/sso/sendtoeloqua. As a result, I cannot download any firmwares or software packages.
Does anybody know a workaround, or how we can get this error submitted to Sierra? I tried numerous browsers, PCs, VPNs, etc to see if it was being blocked, but they all respond the same.
