I build a technical report in order to send this to Sierra Wireless to figure out the problem. But the only thing I found is to attach the report here in this forum. Is there a possibility to send the report directly to Sierra Wireless?

One other questio nin this case:
User post there questions here in the forum. Other user answer these question. Do developers from Sierra Wireless have also a look on these forum to identify firmware problems?

If you want to submit a report, you must do it via your Distributor or FAE.
