Iam using Q2687 in my project for GPRS Communication, i want to make an internal antenna on PCB which is nothing but a PCB Antenna, can any one suggest me how to design PCB Antenna for Q2687?

ok,thank for your reply but iam not interested to use an external PCB Antenna,i want to design antenna on our PCB on which module Q2687 will be placed and any suggestions for this?
