All Octave services will be discontinued on March 31st 2025 at which point access to the Octave APIs and UI will no longer be available.
As of that date, devices will be unable to connect to Octave and existing connections will be shut down. Your current Octave services will remain available until through March 31st 2025, unless you terminate your usage of Octave at an earlier date.
We are therefore providing notice under the terms of your applicable Octave Customer Agreement that the agreement will not renew automatically for any term that would end after March 31st 2025. If the term of the agreement ends prior to March 31st 2025, we will continue providing services under the terms of the agreement until March 31st 2025, unless you terminate your usage of Octave at an earlier date.
