Using DS 1.2.0, The Status tab in the Target Management perspective displays the data for the installed OAT application on my module. It contains a Name, Company, and Version field. Does anyone know how/where I populate these fields?

The OAT application as project in DS contains the generated.c file which you have to open and populate name, company and version field by clicking on the ‘gear’ icon associated to the ‘application’ group.
