No Signal Quality on HL Series Development Kit

Hi.

When I invoke the command AT+CSQ it returns +CSQ: 99,99 on the HL6528-G & HL8548-G Development Kit, board version 1400897-I (HL Series development kit mother board).
The antenna and the PCB seems to be ok. It was working before and getting signal quality even removing the external antenna.
I’ve tried to restore factory settings with the command AT&F, I’ve checked the DK user guide and the switchs on the DK and I can figure it out.
Does anyone have any idea about what could be happend?
