Why can’t I see any backtraces when I choose the .axf File, it display No Backtraces … ??

Hiya,
Have you refreshed the view after connecting the AXF file? Use the double arrow symbol above the AXF Browse button to download the backtraces from your modem.
Note that the modem must be connected and the port open before you can download the backtraces.
Also, I’m not sure if the backtraces are available in a ‘release’ version of your application.

Backtraces are recorded whatever if the app is in Debug or in Release mode.
As a reminder, backtraces are records of the call stack when there is a software crash leading to a device reset.
If the view says “No backtraces”, then nothing is recorded on the device. To get some, you should try to reproduce the crash you want to analyse (if you can), and refresh the backtraces view again.
