Missing bands EM7455

I use a EM7455 in German LTE Telekom network and I miss the bands B32 and B32.

The module works in a Lenovo machine.

And I think, its the the same with B28, right?

What about permitted LTECA - which may be the reason for this, firmware, provider or hardware (PC)-manufacturer?

All possible combinations in German Telekom LTE network are permitted.

How B28 has to be enabled?
