Migrating to HL7692 from HL6528

Hi, we currently use HL6528RD 2.8V modules in our design and our planning to switch to HL7692 modules.

I provided the technical support team with our designs (schematics) and they said that there wouldnt be any hardware issue migrating to HL7692 series.

I wanted to know if our existing firmware (which uses HL6528RD AT Commands) will work with the new HL7692 modules and if the AT commands are the same.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

As we don’t know which commands you are using on the HL6528RD right now, I suggest you to download both AT command guide of HL6528RD and HL7692 from the sierra source website to compare usages.
