MC7710 missing driver for USB\VID_1199&PID_68A3&MI_07

Hi,
I’m a Software Engineer from TEMS InfoVista. I’m currently working on MC7710 integration with out product.
I’m looking for the driver for my MC7710 and i found this page
source.sierrawireless.com/devic … es/mc7710/

I’ve downloaded the driver BUILD 4431 as stated in the page above. But i found that the official driver has a missing driver for this port with HWID of
USB\VID_1199&PID_68A3&REV_0006&MI_07
USB\VID_1199&PID_68A3&MI_07

i believe my MC7710 is in DIP mode since it’s having PID of 68A6.
But i couldn’t find any reference to that HWID in any of the *.inf file installed by the build 4431.

i build 4431 is the official released driver for MC7710?

where can i get official driver for MC7710 that will have driver for
USB\VID_1199&PID_68A3&REV_0006&MI_07
USB\VID_1199&PID_68A3&MI_07

thanx

Hi,

Have you tried driver from this site “https://techship.se/products/sierra-wireless-mc7710/

Regards,

You are correct that it is in DIP mode. In addition to the PID, the MI_07 is also an indication of that. SWi use static interface numbers to identify different functions, and 7 is used for DirectIP.

Don’t know where to get DirectIP drivers for Windows. But you can always switch the module to QMI mode and use the drivers you downloaded. See for example
