MC7710 crashes

Hello,
I have problem with MC7710 module. It is driven by computer with Linux operating system. Modem usually works fine, but from time to time it crashes. In Linux’s syslog I found -71 error (protocol error) followed by lot of -32 errors (broken pipe error).

After cold reboot, everything works OK. Please help.

The FW running in your MC7710 is very old and the issue may already been fixed…

Could you please try recent FW downloadable below and see if any improvement?
