Does the MC74xx modules support usage of Quality of Service QCI classes in LTE with QMI SDK?
Is there a limit on how many concurrent QCI classes between 1-9 (dedicated bearers) that are supported or can defined per RMNET/APN/IP (default bearer)?

Short answer is yes it does support QoS/QCI on the bearers, these can be different for each of the ones that you can bring up, in theory the specs states upto 11 dedicated bearers, in reality this is 10.
Needs to be noted that while you can request a certain QCI at the end of the day it is the network that deceides what you actually get.
