I’m trying to set MC7455 to online mode with cfun at-command but I get this responce:
at+cfun=1,0
+CME ERROR: operation not supported
Why is that? How to get rid of it?

AT!IMPREF shows there is problem on the PRI version
You need to redownload FW
Ah, ok. That is due to attempt to download wrong FW file to MC7455 (by mistake it was a FW for EM9191). Surprised that there is no protection against that kind of mistake.
