I could find the RED DoC for MC7304 (Sierra Wireless).
I see it is quite old and refers to EN301 908-1 V5.2.1.

→ is there a more recent version, showing compliance with EN 301908-1v13.1.1 ?

you need to contact distributor.
There should be a document saying it complies with EN 301 908-2 V13.1.1 and EN 301 908-13 V13.1.1
