I’m trying to find a breakdown of which ports do what for this card. I’ve noticed other cards have a breakdown as(in linux)
/dev/ttyUSB0 - AT Commands
/dev/ttyUSB1 = CnS Commands
etc.
Does anyone have this information for the MC5728v card?

For MC572x, there are several configuration for USB endpoint.
Please refer to document for details.
You can also find out using Linux SDK (if you are using it)
BTW, here’s what I got,
AT: /dev/ttyUSB0
HIP: /dev/ttyUSB1
NMEA: /dev/ttyUSB2
