Is there any command for network scan for WP 7608 that require NO SIM

Hi,
I had been using earlier HL6528RD and it had an AT command “AT+KNETSCAN” that required NO SIM for it to scan the network.Is there any such command for WP series (wp7608),that can provide me with similar result without presence of SIM.

Currently no there is no equivalent for the KNETSCAN to show all the cells of the surrounding networks.
