This Software "Embedded_Application_Framework_v2-36_Full_Installer"can you use to develop Q2686 ?

Can you please explain in more detail, what you want to achieve using
Q2686 ?
After install “Embedded_Application_Framework_v2-36_Full_Installer”, you can upgrade the Q2686 FW or download application to it by Developer studio. It is just the same as other module.
As jyijyi said , you can use developer studio to install the firmware and also download the application. You would have to connect the target in
the target management perspective .Then under the status tab click
on update under the section firmware.
