Do you have some clues to configure it ? I saw than “IMS mode: Not Support” but I don’t know if I can force it ?

Regards,

Are you able to dial voice call by "ATD1234567; " ?

If no, probably you need to contact distributor to get a tool to enable VoLTE.

If I make a phone call with “ATD1234567;” it’s working though GSM/UMTS.

Just to explain the context, we have some customers in Switzerland which are using Sunrise provider which has disabled 2G/3G network.

So now, we need to make phone call though 4G (VoLTE) but I tried to configure the modem without success.

To make my test, I try to force the modem to use LTE only with command “AT+KSRAT=5” and it’s not working though LTE only.

If you have some idea how I can test it ?

do you mean after setting at+KSRAT=5, it cannot register network in AT!GSTATUS?
Or just it cannot dial phone call by ATD1234567; ?

BTW, have you contacted distributor to get a tool to enable VoLTE?

I mean, than I cannot dial ATD1234567;

This is the status I have when I enter in KSRAT=5

if this module is not VoLTE SKU, probably you need to contact distributor to get a tool to enable VoLTE.
