Is there is any recommendation for a method to check soldered pads after manufacturing?
I did not found any trace for a BSDL file.

We do not have any files or the functionality to allow you to perform a boundary scan. You need to confirm functionality and application integrity through batch testing with X rays and functional testing of the unit.
