HL7800 Firmware Downgrade OTA via Airvantage - Upgrade failure [No package available]

Hello. I tried to downgrade a HL7800 module from firmware version HL7800.4.6.9.4 to HL7800.4.4.6.0 via the airvantage website but it didn’t work. It says “Upgrade failure [No package available]” even though I chose the full package for HL7800.4.4.6.0 from the list of available firmware. Is there any workaround for this?

I need to downgrade it for comparison test and the module is in a remote location, that’s why I performed a FOTA downgrade. Are there any other methods for downgrading other than this? Thank you in advance for any support.

Did your distributor send you XMODEM file? a, If no, please contact your distributor again? b, If yes, you can upgrade module following below steps: Step 1: Extract file XMODEM.
