Is your sim card ok to establish data connection?

I think yes. But, how to confirm this?

You can try ppp dial up in linux and see if it works

Or you can insert the sim card in other working module

the module is already assembled in a equipment. It is not possible to run a ppp dial up.

Or you can insert the sim card in other working module

Insert the SIM in another equipment with another modem?

Just to make sure the sim is ok, or you can insert a working sim to that device

We performed a test using another SIM, with that access a 3G network and the device is working.

Then maybe previous sim has problem

no suggestion about what kind of problem can be?

Maybe sim card problem

well,

if there is no solution, it is solved.
