GPS data in GX series.

We are trying to get the units setup in our Rescues Vehicles however we are running into a few problems regarding sending the GPS data to the Server.

  1. We have the unit set to send our server the data in GPS>Server 1> Report intevile time (seconds)… its set to every 3 seconds
    However it is not sending it every 3 seconds, Its random…

  2. The software company is asking the following questions:

When you talk to Sierra ask them for a definitive answer to the question;” Where does the vehicle ID go?”

Also ask what format we need to use for PV (Position/Velocity) report.
