Geting Location name using SL8090 AT Command

Tried with following AT commands.
AT+CNMI=2,0,2,0,0
AT+CMGF=1
AT+CSCB=1
AT+CSCB=0

On giving AT+CBM? command, ERROR is coming.

Can someone help me? how can i get location name?
