because serial port don’t works even after reset factory setting!

Did you add question mark

Yes! I Added question mark

I don’t see problem in my WP76 module to enter AT!MAPUART command in USB AT port:

your uart1 has been set to 15 which is not useful…

What is the good URT1 setting?

How about setting it to AT command mode?

Ok fine! now going back to my original question: how can I see rate setting and change it?
I tried: at+ipr? and at+ipr =? both commands return OK

at!mapuart?
!MAPUART: 1,0

OK
at+ipr?
OK
at+ipr=?
OK

Are you typing this in usb AT port?

Yes, I try it, I have the same thing!

you mean both UART and USB will return the same on AT+IPR?

I typing ‘at+ipr?’ and ‘at+ipr=?’ using USB AT port and serial port. Always I have the same return ‘OK’

I have just to see what is the serial port rate!!! and after that I have to change serial port rate to 9600 (default rate is 115200) do you understand what I need?

I don’t see problem with my WP76 on UART1 as AT command port:

Hi @sfaidi,
Could you please clarify what setting you want your UART to be?
In AT command mode (service 1) you don’t need to set the baud rate.
When you set service 15, you put the UART into User mode with hardware flow control.
BR,
Chris

I am using the modem with my SCADA software. the SCADA software must monitor the modem by sending AT commands throug serial port to send and receive sms.
I am used to using the old Sierra modems (2G) with my SCADA and I always change the rate to 9600 because in 115200 I was having communication problems.

I see that you have a new Firmware (2020) mine is 2018. How can I update Firmware for my modem?

you can try this one, mine is just a test build:
