Flash IDs

can any one tell me as flash is EEPROM so how many times i can write on one cell ID of flash.

Hi !

According to Wavecom doc (ADL user guide, Open AT 3.04), the flash limitation is the erasure cycle number, which is granted to be at least 100’000.

I think the Wavecom Flash system includes “wear-levelling” - so using the same Cell-ID does not mean that you are using the same physical EEPROM locations…
