Error accessing Backtraces and Heap Meory

Using Developer Studio 1.2.0, in the Target Management perspective. I open the port (COM5 in my case), and the Status tab displays the following:

The firmware version is R7.43.0.A3.201008041516

However, when I switch the the Backtraces or Heap Memory views:

Both say “The firmware R7.43.0.A3.201008041516 is not installed”, and therefore I can not access either the backtraces or the heap view. Anybody know why this is happening?

Heap Status & Backtraces views need the exact firmware package (matching with the FW currently running on the target) to be installed in the Package Manager perspective.
We’re going to update the status message to make it more clear.
