Hi dndiki,

Your module works as expected.

The return of COPS means that your device accesses “E-UTRA-NR dual connectivity”. It indicates that the serving cell is supporting dual connectivity of E-UTRA with NR and is connected to an EPS core.

You cannot force the module to 5G because this case is based on your network operator specification.

Thanks for the update.

It attaches to the B4 band, but nothing on the N41 or N71 which we have been trying for some time now.
Is there any other way of troubleshooting other than using the above steps?

Hi dndiki,

E-UTRA-NR dual connectivity(ENDC) is an NSA 5G architecture. Base on the result of +COPS, your network operator is using NSA 5G and you cannot change this.

In NSA 5G, your device is still connected to 4G LTE even in areas with 5G coverage. When your device makes huge traffic such as downloading content, video, etc; ENDC will allow 4G and 5G bandwidth at the same time.

Hope this could explain why info is not displayed in “at!nrinfo?”
