EM7565 driver/firmware issue

I don’t know why “no MBN adapter available” only happens to your EM7565 but not in your EM7455…

how about other older FW like SWI9X50C_01.08.04.00 or SWI9X50C_01.09.04.00 or SWI9X50C_01.07.02.00?

Seems to be your module having problem
do you have another EM7565 to try?

HI @jyijyi ,

Unfortunately I don’t have other modem available. I will give it a try with the other images today (as I commented in my previous comment, these are carrier specific images, thought)

Hello,

I just tried with old Firmware as suggested, but I am getting the same error, so it seems not related to the image:

FDT version: 2.0.2012.0
Awaiting adapter ...
Firmware download failed.
Primary error code: 14 - No MBN adapter available.
Secondary error code: 0 - Not applicable.

Any other suggestion?

Probably you need to get another module to try

isn’t there any other way to trouble shoot it? any possibility to enable some logging trace to understand the cause of the failure? or to understand the error thrown in my attempts?

Have you contacted distributor?

Have you tried to upgrade the firmware by AVMS?

That would be my next option (contacting the distributor)

in regards of AVMS, I am not familiar with it. Do you have any link or guidelines about how to do the upgrade?

You can see here

https://doc.airvantage.net/fota/howto/gettingstarted/

Btw, can you download firmware after kickng module to boot mode by at!boothold ?

fdt2.exe -f SWI9X50C_01.14.22.00.cwe SWI9X50C_01.14.22.00_GENERIC_002.057_000.nvu

Hi,
I just contacted the distributor, let’s see if I get an appropriate answer that helps with this

actually I don’t know where you got this module.
It is very old one and the warranty had ended 4 years ago.

Anyway, you can try some older firmware according to this link:
