Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to send AT commands to an EM7565 device on windows (7/10). I have tried running the installer with “USBCOMP=8” as suggested in other threads, but I have not had any luck with this. Currently I only have a NMEA port, a DM port, and a WWAN Network Adapter in the device manager for this device.

Ok, I think I have gotten this to work with information from other threads. For anyone with this issue in the future, the installer options I needed were:
GenericDriverSetup_4836.exe USBCOMP=8 DisableUsbCompAutoUpdate=1
and the AT COM port shows up under “Modems” not “Ports (COM & LPT)” in the device manager. The COM port number is found in the properties on the modem device.
