EM7455 Vodafone UK 3G Only

I have some sites in the UK that are only connecting to Vodafone using 3G despite having a strong 4G/LTE signal.

The modem is running 002.045_000 02.30.01.01_GENERIC firmware.
Would switching to to Vodafone SWI9X30C_02.24.03.00 001.001_002 resolve the issue?

you can lock to LTE technology by AT!SELRAT
