How do I recover the EM7455 modem from “Unknown” system mode state.

You are not in the latest firmware, please download the latest firmware(SWI9X30C_02.33.03.00) and retry.

If it still cannot register to the network, please share me the log file with the following commands.

Do you use the same Verizon SIM?

I am using 2 SIMs. One with dynamic and one with static IP.

“System mode: Unknown” issue was seen with both of these SIMs.

I was unable to resolve even after modem reset.

Registration was successful only after host system reboot.

Please ignore RRC related query as it was seen on different setup and now I don’t have access to it.
