How about other network operator?

already did

still get the same results… never attaches… have tried different APNs as well

Is this issue only happening to particular module?
How many cases do you experience

by modules what do you mean?

i have 2 sims 1 modem.

sim 1 = CLARO PR - works with any APN on my huawei B310

sim 2= ATT tablet plan… works on ipad

none attach to ISP in my EM7455 no matter what apn i use

I mean do you test only one module?

how about using AT!RMARESET command

noob here

module = modem?

if so
yes only 1 modem

will try that master reset today

Thanks!

after doing the MAreset i was able to connect to the network with CLARO PR

i still need to setup my interfaces correctly with my WE826Q router… because i still cant access the internet
