Have a nice day. I’m from malaysia and currently have a EM7455 installed on DELL latitude E7420 running windows 10 Pro 64 bit and using latest (generic) drivers from sierra source website and also using latest skylight
I would suggest you to uninstall all related drivers and skylight from system and physically remove that driver directory from system and rescan again that EM7455 and check what has been shown in “device manager” and start install that related driver.
