Does Q24+ automatically select frequency band?

Currently, i am unable to connect to 850MHz Band on Q24+ with a 3G APN.

However, when i use 3G private APN on 1800MHz Band it was ok.

Does Q24+ switch band automatically?

Does anyone have any idea what’s the problem?

Please enlighten me.
