Difference between at+cfun=1 and at+wrst

hi,
i am using Q24 plus. i have following Queries.
1)what is the difference between at+cfun=1 and at+wrst=1,1?
2)Tracking application is running on my wavecom Q24plus, any reset is needed for wavecom at every particular time (Eg:every 3 hours)?

Look at the definitions of the 2 commands in the AT Commands manual - the difference will be obvious!

What tracking application?

any reset is needed for wavecom at every particular time (Eg:every 3 hours)?

Why do you think that a periodic reset would be required?
Do you think the application is buggy?
