Developer Studio - R13 Legato package (19.02) can't be used to build application

Hi,

I installed the Legato package R13 for WP76 in my Developer Studio 5.3.1.
(19.2.0.wp76xx-native-i686_64-201906171319)
During installation the GCC cross compiler toolchain gets corrupted.
I tried to uninstall and install again.
After a while the toolchain seemed to be installed correctly, but when I select the R13 package for my application, the application rebuild failed.
The application properties show that the ‘WP76 toolchain’ environment variables are empty.

Does DS5.3.1 support R13 and Legato 19.02, or not?

I don’t see problem with my DS 5.3.1 to compile application for WP76 R13.
