CPU usage monitoring on SL808x and SL6087

Is there any way to monitor cpu usage on SL808x and SL6087 with OpenAT application framework?
Is there any profiling tool available now?

Unfortunately not, nothing available for CPU monitoring.
But this is on the roadmap, currently under study.
